AG Doll Hospital

Well! I called AG this morning, and there was no sign that my DD's doll had been put into the system yet. So, I called back this afternoon.

They are working on dolls that were received on Friday. Nothing about my doll. I sent her, Priority, on Tuesday!!!! I am only 60-miles or so from Middleton!

I also sent a doll to CA on the same day, and it was received on Friday.

I'm trying not to overreact..but it's hard.

I asked the CS if she could contact the doll hospital, and she said that if the doll doesn't turn up by tomorrow, they would fax down to the doll hospital and check. What the heck????? Why can't they just call down there?

Oh no! That's horrible! Esp. because you are so close by! That's crazy. If you don't hear word of her soon, you should drive down there and investigate! LOL!
I just sent my doll today, priority mail, I hope she fairs okay! [img]confused.gif[/img]

Oh, no! Did you get a tracking number- do you know if she's arrived yet? I'm having my own troubles with the post office right now. A seller sent me a huge AGT lot about a week and a half ago and no sign of one of the boxes of the lot yet- and of course it was the ONE box of the three that had the doll trunk, doll, and retired stuff. [img]frown.gif[/img] I got only one out of three boxes so far and it was ripped up and stuff inside was missing and damaged. It's looking more and more like the post office lost the other boxes. They're insured, so I'll get my money back but [img]graemlins/cry.gif[/img] I wanted to see the retired stuff! I don't collect AGT, but there were a couple halloween outfits I wanted and I already had friends who wanted a bunch of the other stuff. It's so disappointing...

I sent my dolls off today, but as AG suggested on their hospital form, i sent it via UPS; INSURED AND TRACKED !! It cost me $9.00 with the insurance, but i was more than happy to pay that. I also thought, since they send all their items via UPS, it would more than certainly get there......

I insured her, sent her priority mail, and asked for a tracking number. I asked three times. She assured me she gave me a tracking number. Well...she did...but never charged me for it, so it doesn't work!!!!!

It cost me more to send it the way I did, Aussie, than it did for you to send UPS. Maybe that's what I will do next time.

I really don't think she's lost. At least she better not be. I will be in the dog house for sure. DD will not be happy with me. [img]eek.gif[/img]

I finally got someone to help me this morning. I am a passive person, and I HATE confrontation. But I had to get a bit firm with the CS this morning. She called me back about ten minutes later to tell me that my doll was looked at on the 27th of January, and a note put on my account to call me. Non one had noticed the note!!!!!

I remarked in another post, that they no longer have the PM Felicity heads. So our Felicty is just being sent back to us.

At least she is safe!
